You’ll communicate with our Project Managers, answer internal dev questions and implement changes to websitedesign, CTA forms and create landing pages. You’ll be answering questions and talking to Project Managers everyday, so you MUST have impeccable English and be super organised.

Our ideal Website Developerwill do the following:

  • Make changes to existing client websites when requested
  • Ensure all webpages and updates are mobile-friendly
  • Complete projects and tasks with fast turnaround
  • Communicate directly with Project Managers to complete ad hoc dev tasks
  • Be able to build Wordpresssites from PSDs
  • Build high converting landing/sales pages based on CROprinciples
  • Configure plugins to achieve websitefunctionality
  • Resolve and troubleshoot Wordpresswebsites
  • Set up client email accounts
  • Install Google Adwordstracking codes

Design is important to us and as you’ll be in charge of formatting pages and making ad hoc changes that look good and work excellently on mobile.

The skills we’re looking for:

  • Solid and proficient experiencein Wordpress websitebuilding and troubleshooting
  • Exceptionally keen on details and thorough in doing quality checks of his/her own work
  • Ability to alter and code Wordpresswebsites
  • Understand conversion principles (CRO) in websitedesign and functionality
  • High initiative to solve problems and find solutions
  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
  • Native or fluent English — both verbal and written
  • Available to work within UK hours on 3 days a week to communicate with the team
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions and feedback to the teams

For Extra Brownie Points:

  • Knowledge of Magento, Shopifyand Squarespace

Hours:
We’re looking for a Website Developeravailable to work 20-25 hours per week. This is a freelance position paid at an hourly rate.

You’ll have to be available for ad hoc requests and to answer questions during UK office hours on at least 3 days per week, but otherwise, you can work whatever hours you choose, so long as the work gets done.

Salary:

£10.21 per hour for UK-based

400 PHP / $7.68 per hour for PH-based

$7.68 per hour for EU or other
