20-25 images for card game

I’m currently in Guangzhou, looking to produce a card game. Right now, I need an illustrator for a job of about 20-25 funny cartoon illustrations, in color, with one or 2 elderly characters doing different activities (like sports, jumping in the lake, etc.) with background, I will need it the digital format and the author’s right as the images will be used for commercially. The images must fit the poker size card. We would like to get all the project done by mid January or end of January at the latest.
When illustrations are done, I will need a graphic designer who will fit all the images on the card, ready to be printed.
