Lead UX Designer - Freelance in London, UK

We’re looking for a UX leader with a minimum of 8 years experience to join our team. Someone with a track record of creating world class, insight led, web experiences through a combination of outstanding design and research skills. Must have demonstrable experience of having been involved in the successful design and launch of complex web-based experiences. Strong B2B experience required.

The project is an exciting, high profile, complex B2B web build involving multiple stakeholders. We need a UX leader who can work closely with the Lead Service designer to define the project plan, lead the process, manage the client experience, run client sessions to gather requirements and drive alignment and design the end to end journey of a new digital interface. The UX lead will also need to plan and lead rapid prototyping research to define the UX/UI and deliver best in class UX/UI assets for the delivery team to work from.

Must be proficient in the use of all industry standard programs, languages and tools needed to do the role.
