DESCRIPTION:

• We are looking for a talented News Photographer / Editor who not only has a great eye but can work under deadline pressure.
• Early Morning Weekend Shifts - Sat & Sun, plus other days assigned
• Creative, editorial and operational responsibility for newscasts.
• Develop daily news assignments.
• Direct coverage and tone of stories.
• Execute coverage plans developed by management team.
• React quickly and calmly in changing news environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years news photographer experience in a large TV market
• Non Linear editing experience is a must
• Must be creative
• Must have strong journalistic background
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of the news team
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
