Animate my short story

I have written part 1 of a short story and would like to have the story animated. I would like the animation to be in the style of Japanese Anime. I don’t need sound as this will be handled by another project. I just need the short story converted from words to visuals. As this is a passion project I don’t have a large budget, only about $200 or so, but I’m hoping to find someone that enjoys the anime style and wants to use this paid opportunity to increase their skills and boost their resume. I will supply the short story for you to read and then animated it as you visualize it. This is of a suspenseful/horror nature with some gore in the scenes.
