We are looking for a freelance Interaction Designer to help support on our website and other digital needs. You must be a user-focused designer, with strong visual skills. This role includes, but is not limited to, new page creation (wireframes through visual design), layout optimization on existing pages in order to drive conversions, usability tests, and a/b testing. You will be here for 8 weeks to start immediately, with the potential for more.

A bit about you:

• Must be proficient in Sketch, Abstract and InVision
• Have a passion for all users
• Have 5+ years experience in UX Design, User Research, Usability Testing and Visual Design
• Experience building design systems
• A strong portfolio with experience in website design, software design a plus
• Knowledge of analytics
• Understanding of Prismic
• Be willing to work on site
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be located in New York
