Love animations such as Dumb Ways to Die
Know shortcuts and tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your time
Be innovative and want to push yourself and your team
Not be afraid to shout up if somethings going wrong
Be able to work to multiple deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Stay on trend with movements, keeping your ear to the ground, be inspired
Show understanding of anatomy, perspective and composition, strong drawing skills an asset.
Demonstrate knowledge of timing, posing, acting and storytelling techniques.
And Well versed in the principles of animation
