We are an Award winning marketing agency seeking an experienced and qualified Graphic Designer to assist our highly successful creative team.

About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to work on a freelance basis ad-hoc with our creative team at our Branding and Digital marketing agency that specialises in delivering real returns in exciting, innovative ways.

You will work with other designers to deliver quality marketing across a wide range of materials, with a strong focus on digital campaigns.

We are looking for candidates with a keen eye for design, who have a minimum 2-3 years commercial experience in a marketing environment. Previous agency experience is preferred but not essential.

Please also supply us with samples of previous commercial work with your application.

Candidates must have their own transport due to our location, as they may be required to work in our offices in Halls Green, Hitchin.

Responsibilities and Duties

• The role includes a number of duties and responsibilities:
• Ability to interpret the brief and offer creative solutions to support client’s business targets through creative delivery.
• Design online and offline marketing materials within the Adobe Creative Suite following brand guidelines, e.g. brochures, flyers, emails, branding and branded stationery, infographics, websites, social media artwork, exhibition materials & online ads.
• Video editing and advanced PowerPoint knowledge desirable but not essential.

About you:

• Due to the busy nature of our agency, you need to be able to work independently with a minimum guidance, be proactive with idea generation and brainstorming.
• Be a transparent communicator with good organisation skills.
• Be fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Have good level of knowledge in Adobe XD, PremierPro, After Effects and PowerPoint.
