Sound Technician for Live Band Gig

Requesting a sound tech to provide amplification for 5 piece band: with saxophone, EWI 5000, Drumset, Bass, Keyboards.

We would need a mixer board, PA speakers, three microphones for singing, two direct boxes, two mics on boom stands for the drummer, one mic to amplify the bass drum, one line that the bass player can run his cabinet through to the main mix, and a couple of lines for the keyboard is to run into the main system, and two floor monitors.

The saxophonist for the band uses an EWI 5000 as a vocoder. In past performances, the Ewi picks up music from the band and bleeds into the EWI’s mic and this distorts the interments sound. If you could resolve this challenge for the band that would be great.

Also, this is a two day gig in Thomasville, GA. So I’m requesting to book you for two days.

March 8th, show starts at 6:30pm. We would like to sound check at 5:30pm.

March 9th, show starts at 11:30am. We would like to sound check at 10:30am.
