Concept art needed to book

I’ve been in the process of writing a fantasy book and would like to get concept art for weapons, characters, fantasy animals and nature scenes. I have detailed descriptions of characters and places and themes for the weapons. I need someone to create a visual for my ideas.
If I could describe what I want and talk to the artist and see the different creations that they create so I could choose which I like the most that would be stupendous. These characters I would prefer to look realistic, I understand the weapons and fantasy creatures are a bit difficult but any help I can get would be deeply appreciated.
