Team
Our team was built to reflect Corsava’s mission; every member brings expertise and a focus on students and education. Each one of us—from our early-adopter counselors, students, and parents to our engineering and legal team—is focused on impacting the college admissions process in a positive way.

Environment
Work from home 4 days a week with a flexible schedule. Attend team meeting 1 day a week in person at Seattle office. All team members have influence over the direction of the product and company.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive design processes
• Translate requirements and vision into visual messaging for multiple audiences including students, counselors, parents and colleges
• Rebrand company aesthetic through visual design
• Manage consistency of look and feel across all company properties include apps, website, marketing materials, and social media
• Create data-driven visualizations
• Produce and deliver assets as required for marketing and engineering
• Work with members of the product team to develop interaction designs and associated documentation such as redlines

Requirements

• Startup Experience
• An online portfolio featuring end-to-end product designs available for viewing
• 7+ years of industry experience
• Strong proficiency in design tools including standard tools such as - Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, FramerX and Zeplin.
• Thrive in accountability oriented culture with emphasis on collaboration
  Mobile UX design experience
• Use data and experimentation to provide product direction, and excellent at articulating design decisions
• Experience in working with existing experiences and complex workflows, and converting them to elegant flows and onboarding experience that works

• Effective at prototyping at varying levels of fidelity
