Qualifications
-Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 yrs. experience leading transformational cross-functional IT projects
• Minimum 5 yrs. experience leading Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Well-versed with SDLC and methodologies like Agile (knowledge of - Scrum framework), Waterfall, PMI-PMBOK, ITSM
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• North American work experience is preferred
• Certified Scrum Master and/or PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications desirable

• Proven ability to build, manage and foster team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem solving environment
