We’re looking for a Mid-weight Freelance Designer to join our team for a period of up to 12 weeks.
Main duties will include
- Creating all types of design experiences in OVO’s brand: email, direct marketing, advertising, social media, digital products, internal comms, etc.
- Helping nurture and mentor the work of juniors
- Brainstorming creative concepts with other designers
- Acting as ‘lead’ designer on a number of set projects
- Working closely with the more Senior Designers and the rest of the Creative Team
- Collaborating with copywriters, Marketing and other teams
- Managing day-to- day workload but receiving guidance/direction from others
- At least 3 to 4 years’ design experience in digital environments at several brands and/or agencies.
- Has a portfolio of published/live work that spans different channels: from print to digital, conceptual ads, branding, websites and mobile apps.
- Impeccable technical skills (software and analog)
- Good spelling and grammar
- Natural and original style
- Ability to think creatively, present ideas and articulate the thinking behind them
- Good attention to detail
- Quick and calm thinking skills
- Deadline and delivery focussed Confidently multi-tasks in line with policies/processes
- Proficient in their area of expertise
- Holder of (or working towards) a professional qualification

- Degree level in Graphic Design, Product Design or similar
