Overview
ClearScore’s annual summer events are a highlight of the company’s year — a chance to celebrate all that’s been achieved so far and all that’s to come. It’s a chance for everyone in the company to come together, but also a chance to bring in friends, family, partners, collaborators, and prospective employees to join in the fun. Presentations, demos, a massive hackathon, and all the food and drink you can ever need. We’re looking for an designer who can help us create the assets for the event.

The theme for the event this year is “Urban Organic”. The idea is that the existing financial world is dreary, dull, looming — the urban — and that ClearScore is this new, beautiful, calm, and organic product that has come in and changed the way finance is seen — the organic taking over the urban.

Specifics
We already have a concept that we love, worked on by a creative agency, but we now need to take the concept and really deliver on making it seamlessly integrate with our content (graphs, infographics, stats, type, etc.) on a large scale.

The majority of content we are showing this year will be digital; think big TV screens and monitors with interactive demos of our product, videos on loop, and automated coded tests running. This will be supported by printed content, showing some great stats about our business, infographics explaining some of the more complex issues, and general branding.

Dates
The event is fast looming, and we are already behind schedule, so the deadlines for the work are fairly tight. We would be hoping to start getting things to print in the last week of June (starting on 21st), with the digital assets coming later, but by the latest of 5th July. Therefore, we’re looking for a designer to join us with immediate effect.
