A Series of Vector Character Portraits for a Fun Project! 🌎

Looking for: Vector Illustrator
Budget: Negotiable
💰💰💰

Hey there!

The project is to create a series of generative portraits of male and female humans.

We would create 1 base for males, and 1 for females, essentially the shape of the face for each gender. From there we have 10 “genes” such as skin tone, hair style, hair color, facial expression, hat, glasses, etc. Each gene class will have between 3-9 “traits” for each gender. Some traits can be used for either gender. For example, We may have 12 hats total: 3 male-specific hats, 3 female-specific hats, and 6 gender-neutral hats.

Each of these “traits” will be an SVG image. Every trait will have a specific position to be placed on a grid, so that any of the ~9 hat options available for the male model, would work with the rest of the traits.

We have a tool built to be able to visually evaluate the different combinations to ensure visual alignment of all the traits.

I have more details to share, but this should give interested artists a good idea of what we need: Around 120-160 “trait” SVG images for human two dimensional portraits.
