I need a one minute video to explain the benefits of a specific service package that my company offers. This package includes a set of software/tools that monitor and maintain computers to reduce the cost of IT maintenance and enhance security for business clients. We call this
“Virtual Technician” since no human is involved in the maintenance work performed by the software.
Our package includes the “virtual Technician” in addition to business-grade anti-virus and anti-mallware software. Through this package, we can proactively monitor our clients’ computers and respond to possible issues before they become problems. The “virtual technician” alerts our IT engineers about performance issues related to both hardware and software issues on the computer and generate reports on a daily basis.
