Design 2-Page Advertisement

We are a water utilities company and currently we are looking to hire a designer to design a 2-page advertisement (A4 size) for 2 different companies. The design that we are looking for is a simple and yet modern, eye-catching with a hint of old in it.

We are not concern on how long the designer spends on designing the ad as we are paying the fees as a 1-time off fee and the time frame to complete the design will be around 7-10 days.

We would appreciate if the designer can send us 1-2 samples of previous ad designs that have been done for our preview. Also, if the fees charged are reasonable and the design is good, we may consider the designer for another job.
