animated pilot for cartoon

i want a 2d animated cartoon based on a comic i sketched and wrote. i would like the style to somewhat mimic atomic puppet and let me know if you want my character designs a comic as a guide. a lot of futuristic aspects are what i envisioned and cool effects. the least amount of minutes for this should be 10 minutes, if you can fill in the blanks where i left off or if there isn’t enough material to keep the pilot going contact me for extra story or add what you see fit.
