creative videographer partner for youtube series 📍 New York, United States
Wanted: a creative videographer/producer (amateurs, hobbyists welcome) to help shoot/edit fresh new youtube series about style and individualism—
I am a stylist/freelance designer looking for a true collaborative partner for a youtube series with myself interviewing peer fashion industry creatives on their personal style/wardrobe and exploring the link between style and identity. This partner should understand production basics about audio, lighting, videography. Ideally also has proper equipment already or a hookup to get proper equipment.
The level of involvement would be discussed/ up to you : on one hand you could just be involved in actual pre-production/production, on the other you could be involved every step until the end post- video editing etc. You would have a lot of creative say if that’s desired.
If you’re familiar with Alexa Chung’s channel I’m looking to achieve basically something in that vein somewhere-- light-hearted and humorous, interactive, but also insightful. For a sense of other styles of show dynamics I like with no relation to fashion : Hot Ones, How To Drink, Gourmet Makes, Under a Rock with Tig Notaro, 7 Minutes in Heaven with Mike O’Brien.
There is no commitment to do a whole series, just to try to do the first 1-2 episodes and see how it feels. Most likely would shoot on a Saturday or Sunday morning/afternoon.
