Traditional Irish drinking song by Riocard Bairéad (or Richard Barrett) on the much older song called "Preab san Ól". I learned this song from Luke Kelly & Ciaron Bourke (singing the gaelic verses). A famous song to the same air telling the story of Ireland's 1916 Easter Rising is sung by Ronny Drew, called "Dublin City 1913" a.k.a. "The Ballad of Larkin and Connolly" Photo: Meta van Assen at O'Casey's, The Hague, 2008 Dutch Chorus by Simon Oak: Het goeie doe je gewoon in Boeien Laat ze maar roeien door weer en wind Wij kunnen niet zinken, dus laten we drinken De glazen klinken voor ... nog een pint! #Traditional Singing
