don't or at least primarily only compounds so they'd be fairly long sessions but at least if you're only training twice a week maybe you've got the time to do that so three times a week I would do an upper a lower and a full-body workout four times a week I do offer lower or / lower five times a week I do push-pull #graphicdesigner
