The Nightbirds are a Rock/Alternative/Progressive band formed in Burwash, East Sussex, UK. The current lineup consists of: Tommy V Cooper - Lead vocals/Rhythm guitar/Lead Guitar Eddie Pitman - Lead guitar/Rhythm guitar Robert Jones - Bass guitar The Nightbirds were formed in 2010 by Tommy V Cooper and Riki Wright, and began life as a project to create a concept album that was original and unique by taking several genre's of music and smashing them together. As time went on, we decided that what we could create together should be brought to the stage and the current incarnation of The Nightbirds was born. Sadly however, in 2014 founding member Riki Wright left the band to pursue other interests and was replaced by Robert Jones, another founding member who returned to the band in late 2014.
