Emmanuel Ubani is a Worship leader, Songwriter and Preacher. He started his career in music in 1993 in Lagos, Nigeria when he co-founded the now defunct Afropop/Christian band, PaceSetterz where he regularly featured as its lead vocalists and did a lot of song writing for the group. The group released a single, Nobody writen by Yours truly. He spent a lot of time leading Praise teams/Choirs across Nigeria; “just to see peoples emotions respond to God’s almightiness as a result of a song that struck a chord with them is the greatest sight to behold”. He later moved to London, England in 2008 where he continued leading congregations in passionate worship while building and encouraging young talents and working with other Charity organizations. Finally, He moved to the United States in 2011, and in a few months of his arrival the idea for the new album project (Simply PUT) was born. I realized that “it doesn’t matter what corner of the earth you are from or you go to, the effect of God’s love; His touch is the same”. Lord of All, the single from the album was released in November 2011 and was quickly became an anthem for many and a delight for radio listeners. Simply P.U.T is Emmanuel Ubani’s debut album. It is a collection of simple but passionate expressions of worship to the Faithful, ever-loving and ever-present God in whom we find peace and assurance of hope. This 11 track album has been 3 years in the making and features the very successful single, Lord of All. All songs were written by him except, God of Miracles, You are God & Miracle Worker (by Obed Akanya). It’s a combination of the various sounds from Africa, Europe and US, all meshed into one fire ball of High energy, heart thumping praise and passionate worship that will get you grooving like you have no worries!
