Hi there, My name is Anna and I am an actor-director -producer with a 15 years background in the industry. Following an 8 years acting background, in 2017 I started working on my own guerrilla-arthouse film, "BORDERLINE", a very raw autobiographical and pain-inspired project depicting the very story which gave birth to it, which I wrote, directed, produced, edited and starred in, overlooking all aspects of production. The film was entirely improvised around a 12 pages plot outline (for a total of 40 hours of footage), shot in 3 countries (UK, France, Italy), made with a set crew of 2 people and with a total budget of £30K. Following my very first director's cut screening in the USA in 2019 I was offered a deal by my dream distributor Wolfe Releasing. The film had an official premiere at IFFI GOA 2021 (World Panorama), to which followed a THEATRICAL release in over 20 cinemas in South Korea in April 2021. Later acquired by German LGBT distributor Salzgeber, the film went on to screening in 11 cities in Germany as part of the QUEER FILM FESTIVAL and several others, amongst which the 37th edition of the LOVERS FILM FESTIVAL in Turin and the 15th edition of the ZEFESTIVAL in South of France.
