The young man from Bull Savannah, St. Elizabeth Jamaica has been deeply involved in nurturing local school and community talent since he formed and copyrighted his name and label in March 2012.
Blazer says, “For the last three years I have been developing the Blazing Records JA Studio to a professional standard.” It has not been an easy road for the artist, who has many projects that he helps set up; such as local talent shows, organizing concerts as well as creating Music Videos and Promotional Graphics for Reggae artists.
Having advanced his production skills at Jah Mason’s River Nile Studio, he has independently chartered new territory. He created the best of my life rhythm and has been working hard as a producer to forge new digital rhythms as he goes, this has attracted the attention of up and coming artists Jah Romie, Shakamello, Advance, Funtime, Qwesi and Video-ally, and also Magnum who voices on the “best of my life rhythm”.
It all started he says, “when I was around six years old I started to build a little sound called Street-Blazer, from there I just got more and more into the music and I never gave up.”
His dedication to raising the profile of the talent that exists within his community has not gone un-noticed; the Producer, Sound Engineer, Promoter and Reggae artistpromotes and organizes fashion shows and cultural festivals and has even received media attention by Jamaica’s own Radio-hits, 92fm.
Blazer Youth says, “ the February concerts we organized went great; I just finished collaborating with Mad Rebel entertainment and Soul T and I am excited about the future of Blazing Records. Having just recently developed some new dance-hall and roots reggae rhythms, Blazer Youth has worked tirelessly to promote the artists that have previously voiced on his rhythms. His vision for the future of Blazing Records JA is quite possibly to become one of the top producers out of Jamaica with his label while continuing to produce new crazy one drop beats for current Reggae artists.
He is also in the process of releasing three new exciting rhythms; called “Summer damp, before u walk and One word fi the world- Ugly”. We await to see what new artists seek to voice on these rhythms.OR ARTIST,
