Born and raised in Queens, New York Brandon Arjun A.K.A DJ Wreckz found his love of music in the 5th grade, Inspired by his big cousin DJ VMS of Excellence Sound Krew. Brandon would try out mixing songs and messing around with music. When he was 12 he met DJ Kev who is now a member of Team Black Jack. DJ Kev started to teach Brandon how to match beats and all of the essentials of becoming a DJ and it was with Kev that Brandon got his inspiration to be a turntabilist. When Brandon started to get the hang of everything he met DJ Tripple A who was the owner of a group Called Unique Soundz, Brandon joined Unique Soundz when he was 13 and was introduced to many new people. Brandon decided to go his separate ways from Unique Soundz inside of early 2014. With the help of his cousin in law DJ Steve, Brandon was able to further his skill of DJ’ing and then DJ Steve started to help Brandon get gigs and play at parties and get noticed by many other DJ’s. Then in the summer of 2015 he joined Excellence Sound Krew. He has since done many events including the Dub Show at the Jacob Javits Cener alongside Power 105.1 and many Private events from birthday parties too weddings. This is just the beginning, and the future is looking bright!
