Frank Bittner began his professional career in radio broadcasting while working for several recording studios in Baltimore, Maryland. Later he entered the field of business communications employed by Continental / Executone, a division of Bell South, and TCI Telecommunications Concepts of Springfield Virginia. During his early years as a volunteer Bittner represented his community served as liaison to his cities Mayor‘s Office of Special Projects under then Mayor William D. Schaefer. It was here working directly with key staffers he helped develop and implement programs which brought about renewed citizen interest and support that promoted the city’s Inner Harbor Renaissance and Revitalization effort; results of which can be seen by watching the MPT documentary Global Harbors.

Bittner was born and raised in Curtis Bay, Baltimore, and educated in both parochial and public schools there. With an emphasis on business and technology. Among many licenses and awards he holds a 1st Class/ General Broadcast Engineers License issued by issued by the Federal Communications Commission in Washington D.C.and a Master Electrician License (Limited0 in Maryland.
