Hyemi Han is a passionate and creative filmmaker. She was born and grew up in South Korea. She studied Digital media and Philosophy at Keimyung University. She earned MFA Film Production at Yonsei University in Korea, the graduate school of communication and at Full Sail University in Florida, USA. She’s directed several short films; Fishes in a Fishbowl (2007), The Flavor of The Salt (2012), The Tower of Babel, Jenga (2018). She also worked in feature films as an assistant director; My Little Baby Jaya (2017), A Living Being (2017). In addition to that, she wrote an exhibition story for Memory Museum of National Library of Korea. Also, she produced several promotion video along with working as a director, editor, and writer. Hyemi Han keeps going to do creative works as a freelancer.
