Having conducted a full building evaluation, Juna will produce concept designs which include building appraisals, space plans, 3D visuals, finishes and furniture. Juna works closely with clients and commercial managers to ensure all design elements are included within the cost proposal. On appointment, and for the duration of the pre-contract period, she will work with them to develop their concept design proposal, ensuring it fully meets their requirements.
