My most notable contributions were the modernization of application experiences for Deposit Account Originations (DAO) and Credit Card Originations (CCO) through AOX (Account Originations platform). As a group contributor, I worked closely with digital product owners, business analysts, developers, and other designers to identify and solve problems that users are facing during the branch and digital application experiences.
