However, if I had to summarize myself in one sentence it would be: verbose, cat-loving, vegetarian book nerd who is perpetually working to improve her mind, body, and spirit and likes laughing, staying active, finding typos, making things, asking questions, and solving problems. --- From December 2019 into November 2023, I was a Senior UX/UI & Product Designer at KeyBank. During this time, I contributed UX/UI design, research, design thinking workshops, and strategy for a variety of product experiences across the consumer team. My most notable contributions were the modernization of application experiences for Deposit Account Originations (DAO) and Credit Card Originations (CCO) through AOX (Account Originations platform). As a group contributor, I worked closely with digital product owners, business analysts, developers, and other designers to identify and solve problems that users are facing during the branch and digital application experiences. By partnering with core teams, I was able to successfully promote user-centricity by advocating for our end-users—both bankers and Key clients alike.
