Following his passion for musical and visual arts, he moved to achieve a Film Scoring Certificate at UCLA. During 2011 he developed a solo independent project called Close Fact City as singer- songwriter, producer, mixer and distributor. Close Fact City has been distributed online. At the present time he acts as a Composer for Animation, Video Games and Media, with credits on some independent games and short films. Sound and musical forms have been shaping his life for a long time. Music is like magic to him, he finds its strength and complexity fascinating. Sometimes he likes to think of it as: “What is one of the oldest things that still have a huge impact on humanity?....Music”. Over the years he has explored new knowledge, fields, sounds, textures and tastes that have helped him to expand his Compositional skills. A lot of it came from awesome friends and amazing teachers at the UCLA program that helped to open his eyes towards the musical language. Most of the time he will try to find unique sounds than using straight samples, “A sample is great don't get me wrong (sometimes I used them too), but I like to make the stuff unique... add the ME factor that probably no one else have”. Animation and Video Games is where a most of his attention relies on, because of the detail needed, constant rhythm changes, constant hits and he is a big animation fan. Being on his favorite cartoons: Swat Kats: The Radical Squadron, Attack on Titan, Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, Samurai Jack, War of Planets Shadow Raiders and Shaman King to mention a few. He spends his free time sketching new ideas, drawing, practicing magic, reading and admiring nature.
