Hello, my name is Mateus Bolsoni. I have been designing products and services since 2015. I'm drawn to teams working on difficult and meaningful issues and can frequently be found stepping outside the design role into product management, research, writing, or whatever is necessary to bring clarity to a problem. Currently, at Loadsmart, I'm helping build Freight Audit, a solution that aims to automatically audit logistics freight documents with AI and minimum human interaction. Previously, I worked at VTEX, one of the first Brazilian tech companies listed in NYSE, named visionary and digital commerce market leader by Gartner and IDC. I'm a generalist at heart, and my career reflects that. In my early days, I sharpened my skills at a design consultancy called Verve Works; founded Bigu, a carpooling app to integrate and connect large companies' employees before Waze Carpool was even an idea, and Mona Migs, a platform to find shelter to LGBTQIAP+ community people expelled from their homes. As a student, I designed an educational game for kids with autism called Eras: The Letters Hunter that later became a published article; and a lot of different apps back in my time at the Apple Developer Academy.
