Matteo Molinari was born in Italy in 1966, and nobody paid attention to that.
Twenty years later, he entered the chaotic world of television (in Italy) where he wrote and edited several shows (the multi-awarded shows “Striscia la Notizia” and “Paperissima” resulted in three Telegattos (the Italian Emmy) for his work on those shows.
After working on over 30 different TV shows and having published half a dozen books in Italy, he got his Green Card and crossed the Atlantic Ocean.
In Los Angeles since 1996, he has so far published three books (for Penguin and Kensington), he has edited several shorts (the awarded “Spice It Up!” short by Feodor Chin), and he has co-written, co-produced, co-directed, co-edited, co-starred and co-watched the movie “Bad CGI Sharks” (winner of the International Comedy Film Festival Lit Laugh in England).
At the moment, when he’s not working on the creation of a new dancing sensation that’s sweeping the nation, he’s the co-star as well as the main editor of the YouTube show “MaJaMa Jams,” a show that, like Matteo’s birth, nobody is paying attention to.
