Negro Scoe has been emceeing since 1995. A member of the Hip Hop Addicts crew based out Riverside California. Scoe has released several albums over the years. I'm also a member of the Symbol Heavy collective. Currently located in Kansas City where he help establish the Hip Hop Academy back in 2005. The Hip Hop Academy is a grassroots collective with a focus on educating youth on the elements of Hip Hop culture.
