I'm a freelancer who specializes in writing simple programs and mixing audio. As a developer I am able to take your detailed description (design document, mock-ups, behaviours, actions, and results) and turn it into an application that meet your needs. It could be written in python (and converted to an executable (on Windows), C# (think .NET), or Delphi. I prefer writing Terminal based applications, but can do simple Desktop GUI apps as well. Depending on the complexity of the request, it could take as little as a day or as long as a week. I have some other skills outside of programming such as Audio Mixing and performing as a musician (drummer and bassist). I can be found on discogs. I am looking for more work either mixing single songs (any genre) for single individuals. Since I am learning to play the drums and bass, I'm eager for some simple jobs. As far as Mixing work experience goes, I am credited as mixing assistant and mastering engineer on Suicide Bombers Murder Couture album released in 2019.
