The shades of green are specifically chosen to create a subtle feeling of discomfort and unsafety. The brand incorporates Nyai’s features into its type design, such as the scaly mermaid tail, her long dark hair and her sharp accessories. The colour was specifically chosen because of its unique history in Indonesia.
