Result: Riding on the successes of previous years, I worked from insight for the McCafé brand to incirporate a more sophisticated level, attracting more customers from different demographics, provided more revenue for the client and was awarded Top 8 most memorable Christmas campaign on TwitterWorks above John Lewis.     Brief: Restructure McDonald's menu boards to ease customer navigation. Result: I used extensive customer data on buying habits on the customer journey of the whole menu and other digital touchpoints throughout the store to bring the whole menu together. I introduced revolutionary day-parting and takeovers to get the right product seen at the right time, with the correct share of voice. This saw a 20% sales uplift in core products and an overall 11% sales uplift from value to premium products.     Brief: I set my own creative goals to bring 'moments' to McDonald's with ownable in-store and social content. Each idea had a different aim to benefit the client. Result: Saw the Blue Monday Campaign gain 160,000 downloads of the app in the first day. The client's target was 1,500 overall. I started similar targeting for Vue Cinemas.
