Howdy! My name is Emily, I'm a freelance concept artist and illustrator with over 10 years experience in art and design. I joined the film industry in 2019 at Industrial Light and Magic initially as an art assistant before eventually transitioning into a concept artist role. Over the years I've gained a huge variety of experience which allowed me to master mediums such as traditional painting and digital illustration all the way to 3D modelling and rendering. I also have extensive experience with graphic design, creating crew gear for film and TV shows (from initial sketch to vectorisation), logo designs, posters, invitations, graphics for postcards and more. I've been fortunate to work and be credited on a variety of projects such as Jurassic World: Dominion, The Marvels, MoonKnight, The Sandman, The Stand, Andor, Dr Strange and Ant-Man Quantumania to name a few. Clients I've worked for include Marvel Studios, Disney, Lucasfilm, Amazon Studios, HBO and more. I have expert knowledge of software such as Photoshop and Illustrator and also work in 3D programs such as Blender, zBrush and Marvelous Designer (full list below). In 2016 I graduated with a Photographic Arts BA from the University of Westminster and still enjoy shooting photographs in my spare time. During my time studying photography I gained confidence with photo editing and manipulation, grading and more so have a broad range of skills available to tackle any projects that come my way.
