Expanding my skills, I pursued developing online learning by converting live training into both technical and soft skill eLearning for Hilton Grand Vacations, then as an Instructional Designer for The Walt Disney Company. In my current role for Starbucks, I design for all delivery types, with an emphasis on online learning including VILT and eLearning.
