Freelance graphic designer, progressing web developer.

Hi! My name is Rita. I'm a Boston-based illustrator and designer. I was born in Hungary and moved to the U.S. when I was two. I'm most inspired by all of the animals on my grandparent's farm growing up, and I love midcentury design and traveling. I've done work for Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Liberty Mutual, and Caregiver Homes. My first children's book, Lessons for Emily and Jacob, written by Ann M. Macey, was published in 2015 by Abba Father Media, Inc. For questions, you can reach me at:

Boston based illustrator/graphic designer

I am an Animator, Illustrator, and Photographer by profession and a Video Editor on the side. I love stitching together clips for clients and working with them to tailor a finished product based on what they need. I edit videos for anyone who needs a little touch up here and there, a scratch edit, or a completed edit with bells and whistles. I follow personal rules in editing, clear story line, simple smooth visual and audio transitions, and I try to keep a close attention to details that are simple and clever/ seamless. I have an education in Fine Arts, as well as Animation. I am very familiar with adobe creative suite programs, such as Premiere Pro. I work quickly and diligently to complete a project within a reasonable amount of time. You can depend on me to deliver the product to you when anticipated.

Hi my name is Maggie Marotta, I am an animator in the Greater Boston Area. Please check out my website

After spending over a decade in the lab, from undergraduate research to post-doc, and never leaving art far behind, I embarked on a science illustration career armed with a background that allows me to speak the same language as my clients and to continue to learn with each new project. My multidisciplinary background in chemistry, biochemistry, and cell biology has given me the tools to independently explore creative solutions for communicating science in these fields. That said, I also know when to just listen. Whether you already have an idea or you are looking for new ways to share your science with others through eye-catching visuals, I am looking forward to working with you. Pricing is simple. It just depends on how long a project takes, from research and sketches to drafts and revisions. As soon as I have an idea of what you have in mind I will give you an estimate and we will go from there. Just send me an e-mail at to get a conversation started.

I am a skilled Illustrator and Fine Artist with a classical background and expansive imagination. My creative work is often rendered in watercolor, inks or pencil. I am also skilled in storyboarding, character design, background design, perspective, animation, sculpture and the Adobe Creative Suite. My subject matter is whimsical and highly detailed. As much of my inspiration is drawn from history and literature there is great believability and depth in the costumes, architectures and characters included in my pieces.

I am very friendly and would love to work with you to get the best possible product for your project. While I am new to the business world, I promise you I will not disappoint.

Stephanie Cambria received her BFA in illustration from Montserrat College of Art in 2016.

Hello, I am currenty a junior studying graphic design. With that being said I do have experience with creating logos, branding, layouts, book or magazine making, and illustration works. I know a wide variety of medias from current computer work to traditional art forms. If you like my work please contact

My background is in the fine arts, having received a BFA from the University of New Hampshire. Since, I have worked professionally in events, marketing, and graphic design. In my personal work, I collaborate to produce a sci-fi indie zine called Planet Scumm for which I do illustrations. I am a dynamic and prolific artist and look forward to helping you produce any and all visual assets you and your company need!

Hello, my name's Michael Decker. I'm a Boston based animator, illustrator and film maker. For the last 5 years I worked for a company called Credo Reference, creating educational/ explainer videos to be sold to colleges and universities. Now I work full-time as a freelancer.

My name is Qian and I am a Graphic Illustrator. I earned my BFA in Illustration at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in May 2018 and am currently a Freelance Illustrator looking for projects to work on. My most recent work was with the fundraising project Pacific Arcana: Tumultus where I created an image based on the tarot card The Empress and combined it with imagery from the movie Pacific Rim: Uprising. (See my portfolio for the image.) My work tends to be flat with line and minimal shading for extra flourishes combined with strong contrasting color schemes to make an image really pop. I tend to lean more towards what can be the brightest and loudest without being too overwhelming for a viewer so that a person can be enticed to look at my imagery but it won't hurt them to look at the piece for too long. Additionally I like to work with handlettering and poster layouts due to my own interest in working more in that field of design. For application skills I fully understand Adobe programs Photoshop and InDesign with additional intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Premiere, and AfterEffects. I prefer working mostly traditionally but I also like to scan my work in and finish it off on my computer so I am also well versed in photo editing and color correcting. Please take a look at my portfolio for samples of my work. You can contact me through my email at or through here! My working rate is flexible but my minimum requirement is $150 (depending on complexity of the project. This can be negotiated if the project meets lower standards.)

About Illustrators

An illustrator is a visual artist who creates drawings and illustrations for use in advertisements, books, magazines, packaging, greetings cards, clothing design and newspapers. The possibilities for your business are endless - illustrations are the perfect finishing touch to your graphic design, while illustrated infographics are proven to be far more engaging than plain text. Plus, illustration has the benefit that the only thing limiting you is your imagination - if you want a dragon you can have a dragon.

The types of work illustrators are hired for is extremely varied. Illustrators are hired for projects ranging from editorial, fashion, storyboard, technical and book illustration. Although illustrators are flexible in the kinds of projects they take on, they usually specialise in a particular style. These include traditional styles like pencils, pens, watercolour and pastels, as well as digital art made using software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Often, a project might require both, with sketches first drawn up by hand and colouring then completed digitally.

On Twine, you'll find talented professional illustrators with a wide variety of experience in a range of industries and mediums. So whether you want a sketch for your next fashion collection or a cover for your new novel, you can find illustrators to make it happen on Twine.
