I’m Megan, I’m a Graphic Designer who has 6 years experience working in the industry working with tech, finance and non-profit organisations. My background is integrated design, with a first class BA Hons in Graphic Design. My most recent job being for a global PR company creating creative brand campaigns and brand identities for clients such as Huawei, Visa and Aldi across channels including social, digital and print work. During my time here I had experience working closely with social and PR teams, following detailed brand guidelines to create social assets, banners, posters, animations, e-books, newsletters, campaign videos, presentations, email templates and event branding to name a few. As well as this I’ve had experience working as a freelancer, assisting independent business with re-brands, collaborating with photographers to showcase their work through editorials and creating a brand identity for a non profit organisation for a graphic novel. My biggest passion lies in brand design and editorial design therefore I’ve also worked on many independent projects targeting social issues. I feel I’d be a good fit for the role advertised and hope you consider my application. I am a hands-on individual who’s a confident communicator always keen to express ideas to colleagues. I’m proficient with using Adobe Suite with 6+ years experience and have designed on platforms such as Mailchimp, Squarespace and Canva, as well as creating B2C pitch decks using the Microsoft Suite. Working with open minded individuals highly suits my passion for design that is not only strategic and functional, but engaging, risky and playful. I’m willing to push design boundaries to create thoughtful and communicative solutions that challenge ‘in the box’ thinking. I feel with my passion for creative design, technical skills and past work experience, I’d be a great asset to you team. I love working with motivated folk to create impactful work to the highest of standards. Thank you very much for your time, I look forward to hearing from you soon.
