We are working with an award-winning experiential and digital agency that is redefining the student and youth marketing landscape in the UK and Europe.

The Role

We are looking for a capable Producer to join one of our client’s largest client services teams, working on an exciting campaign for Spotify. The role will consist of planning and execution of a large immersive experience in London specifically targeting Gen Z happening in Manchester in August.

As a Producer you will be responsible for;

• Production scoping of experience - lead on production, supplier & logistics management.
• Key liaison with location contact.
• Lead on production execution & live event experience.
• Work in collaboration with the client services team to manage the creative development process and provide the client with key updates to take them on the journey.
• Work in collaboration with the client, talent partners & team on talent programming & curation throughout the experience.
• Merchandise sourcing and planning where necessary.
• Budget management – Live reconciliation throughout the campaign.
• Staffing – Liaise with their staffing team to ensure all staff are hired and trained to the agency’s standard.
• Evaluation and optimisation throughout live experience where necessary in collaboration with the client service team.

As the Producer on one of thier largest experiences this year you will have a proactive mentality, ensuring the experience is delivered seamlessly to deliver client needs. You will understand how to prioritise effectively between what’s urgent and what is important. You will look to improve operations, finding ways for greater efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience working on immersive pop-up experiential projects
• Experience working on projects that incorporate talent management & contracting
• Experience managing teams / hiring staff for temporary projects
• Experience working with large-scale budgets
• Production experience with a solid knowledge of logistics, RAMs and associated documents and processes
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Problem solver
• Boundless enthusiasm and a self-starter with the ability to make things happen
