Position: Senior Content Designer

Location: MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota - 2-3x/week onsite in Minneapolis

Term: 9 - 24 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Build strategy and create, iterate, and manage high-quality content for various digital platforms and properties.
• Designing content solutions informed by user-centered design best practices and processes.
• Leverage data and user research to guide and deliver design solutions that meet business goals and requirements.
• Lead the most complex industry-leading user interface design solutions.
• Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet functional area, project, or process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with other content designers, product designers and teams across channels.
• Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites.
• Lead the most complex industry-leading user interface design solutions.
• Lead teams of customer experience professionals during deployment of interaction design strategies.
• Provide regulatory support.
• Provide customer service by solving operational issues.
• Support the unit’s commitment to customers’ satisfaction through fast and courteous service via telephone and written correspondence.
• Process customer service requests such as address changes and statement copies.
• Work under minimal supervision.
• Fill customer orders with supervision.
• Take and execute complex solicited or unsolicited investment orders in Sales or Trading Representative’s absence.
• Provide back-up for others and may provide training or work direction to less experienced staff.
