Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the website redesign team and external agency to deliver a new generation of the company’s website.
• Apply your understanding of typography, photo editing, layout design, communication design, and brand standards to the implementation and development of web pages.
• Image editing and component design support.
• Design visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and are consistent with the brand’s visual identity.
• Evolve our global websites through the creation and refinement of website UI elements.
• Surface and prioritize customer issues in existing web experiences– relentlessly bringing customer insights and best practices to the table.
• Make compelling recommendations to address opportunities in our digital experiences based on usability analytics, customer/competitor research and industry trends.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate and prioritize meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts and testing ideas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or UX-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a portfolio of successful website design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD.
• Experience in a B2B company or digital marketing agency is preferred.
• Expertise in Photoshop.
• Proficiency with several graphics tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, etc.).
• Proficient in web analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to get buy-in on ideas within large groups.
