Summary:
- A Post-Production Associate is tasked with understanding how to take a raw footage shot by a videographer and turn it into the final wedding highlight and documentary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assignedResponsible for conducting quality control check on multiple highlight videos per week as directed
- Review wedding highlight and documentary films and provide proper feedback to all video production freelancers
- Communicate and coordinate with the post-production team the status of completed footage and ensure properly received on time
- Provide performance evaluations to all video production freelancers to help support and provide growth to the department
- Able to dissect freelancer’s video projects files in order to revise any re-edit requests made from clients
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Stays aware of industry trends and developments
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
- Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product

Education/Experience: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school communications, media, visual art, film, television, multimedia or graphic design; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of work experience in video post-production for commercial and/or wedding industry. 3+ year general experience in video editing.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Experience: Video editing: 3 years (Preferred). Wedding video editing: 2 years (Required).
