Contract: Part-time, Contract

• **Responsibilities:**Deliver an awesome customer service experience
• Shoot real estate photos
• Shoot real estate videos
• Drone photo & video
• Use software to create 3d tours & floorplans

**Location:**You MUST currently live on the island of Maui, Hawaii to qualify for this position

**Experience:**You DON’T need prior experience shooting real estate, we have a great training program. However, you must be comfortable with a camera, hungry to learn quickly, and have great customer service.

**Hours:**This will start out part time during the training process but will be very busy consistent work during the spring/summer season.

**Pay Structure:**You will be paid per photo / video shoot as an independent contractor. The payouts per shoots average $30-50/hr

**Gear Requirements:**You must have a newer full-frame DSLR/mirrorless camera (Example: Sony a7iii or similar), wide angle lens (16mm Full Frame or Equivalent), gimbal, and tripod, and an iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14. There will be other gear necessary to invest in as time goes on. We also have gear rental programs for assistance.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
