Location: Houston, TX

Contract: Temporary, Part-time

Description:

This position works in pre-press preparing customer files for production as well as operation and maintenance of digital press, wide format eco-solvent, UV curable and lamination/mounting machines.

Experience with vinyl graphic installs is a major plus.

Other duties as assigned on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motions to apply graphics to a substrate.
• Ability to use light power equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Competent with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)
• A committed, team player, who can consider all viewpoints (client, design, production).
• Someone who has a keen mind for problem solving and is very detail oriented and at the same time has an aptitude for working in a creative, design oriented process.
• Excellent at multi-tasking, with excellent follow through and initiative.
• An innovative and creative thinker.
• An excellent communicator.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure to output high volume, high quality work.

Pay:

From $12.00 per hour
