Job Details:

The High Road Group is currently seeking a highly motivated multi-skilled and organized individual to film, edit and produce multiple TV shows and digital content within the hunting/outdoor industry. This position will include traveling to and from shoots while allowing the contracted individual to “work from home” during post production!

About Us:

The High Road Group is a fully integrated media production company specializing in the creation and distribution of hunting and outdoor related content. The High Road Group currently produces multiple long running and award-winning outdoor TV shows including The High Road with Keith Warren, Deer and Wildlife Stories and Dream Makers.

Job Type:

Freelance contracted position (with some travel).

Job Duties:

• Full production of the award-winning TV show Deer and Wildlife Stories including the following responsibilities:

• Filming a variety of wildlife on farms and ranches around the country!
• Filming on location at farms and ranches (travel expenses will be covered).
• Full postproduction editing of at least 13 original episodes per season.
• Creating digital assets derived from footage gathered for TV show.
• Editing sponsor commercial spots.
• Building show assets and structure.

Requirements:

• Passion to create the highest quality outdoor productions possible.
• Must be skilled in videography.
• Mastery of Adobe programs (Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects) and color grading.
• Ability to work as a team player with production and sales staff to deliver projects on-time.
• Must be able to convey professionalism with high profile clients on the road.
• Work with clients on the phone discussing project details.
• Ability to create video content with high production value.
• Ability to travel with a flexible schedule.

Beneficial Skills:

• Knowledge of hunting and wildlife is beneficial.
• Experience in filming and editing.
• Previous experience in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience in Photoshop and other Adobe applications.

Management:

This position will report directly to Executive Producer, Keith Warren and Production Manager, Johnny Piazza.

Salary:

Will depend on previous experience.

Work Location:

Both “on location” and “work from home”.
