Trap Door, a rapidly growing Immersive Experience company, is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to spearhead our digital outreach efforts, primarily through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other popular social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Traveling to each Trap Door location, all within an hour’s drive from The Wind Creek location, to capture compelling photos and videos that encapsulate the unique experience we offer.
• Developing, planning, and executing engaging and innovative content across all our social media platforms on a weekly basis.
• Evaluating and analyzing the performance of each post, leveraging insights to drive increased engagement and inform our advertising budget allocations.
• Actively engaging with our community of players and fans, responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering a positive and interactive online presence.
• Identifying emerging trends and providing recommendations to enhance our social media strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts on a professional level.
• Exceptional photography and video editing skills.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel regularly to different Trap Door locations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for gaming, entertainment, and engaging with diverse online communities.
