  • Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, marketing managers, etc on dynamic and diverse projects. Effectively and accurately communicate with the rest of the team so they understand what to expect from you and so you can collaborate efficiently with them.
  • Work simultaneously on multiple projects with short timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.
  • Leverage new technologies to improve your end result, process, and optimize your time.
  • Collaborate and source suppliers to achieve our design goals on projects that require doing so.

  • You must be able to show a portfolio of work that reflects creative thinking, process, an understanding of tradeoffs, a broad range of skills, and exceptional design taste.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle as it relates to visual design (such as printing procedures, proofing colors, reviewing web and mobile app development etc.).
  • You are able to communicate your design ideas and decisions with other teams and company leadership in an open, professional, and effective manner.
  • You have a history of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions.
  • You have a deep understanding of how to prioritize your own work based on company deadlines and level of importance across tasks.
  • You excel at staying organized with your design files and cloud storage so that the entire team can leverage and understand what you have created.
  • You’re able to design and format content and typography at an advanced level.
  • You have proven expertise using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • You have advanced experience in Figma.
  • You have advanced experience creating Web and Social Media assets for advertising and marketing.
  • You have a strong desire to continue to learn and grow beyond your current skill set and level of understanding, not only so you can adapt to the changing landscape of a startup but as a personal value.
  • You’re able to context switch, think fast, and re-organize priorities when things shift - we’re a small team!

Extra Points

  • You have experience working with/at companies who create software products (websites, apps, etc).
  • You know how to create motion graphics and animate vector and 2D graphics for commercials, advertisements, and websites using tools such as After Effects.
